**What You Will Do:**
+ Lead user-centered design for web and mobile applications serving health and public-sector clients, translating research and product goals into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
+ Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (remote and in-person) to gather insights, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs.
+ Create wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
+ Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and ensure designs are implemented as intended.
