Job Description
UX Lead vacancy for our Rotkreuz based client in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Lead UX workstreams from discovery through to launch preparation for complex healthcare solutions
- Translate business goals, customer insights, and regulatory context into actionable design decisions
- Plan, estimate, and manage UX activities, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate designers, researchers, and contributors across multiple concurrent workstreams and teams
- Integrate UX work into agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement and PI Planning
- Facilitate workshops, prioritisation sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years' experience in UX, product or service design, HCI, or a related field
