Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and manage in-product content for both B2C and B2B areas
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Managers, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions
- Plan and develop copy that aligns business goals with user needs
- Provide content-first feedback during design reviews
- Write product tours to communicate UI updates and refine existing wording for clarity
- Contribute to the company style guide, product glossary, and other design assets
- Help test new features before they go live
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing or Content Design
- A portfolio demonstrating your approach to problem-solving, iteration, and impact
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with agile software (e.g., Youtrack, Confluence)
- Strong knowledge of accessibility principles
