UX/UI Team Lead

<p>UX/UI Team Lead is responsible for leading the user experience and user interface design function for digital government services. This role ensures that citizen-facing and internal digital platforms are accessible, user-centered, compliant with government standards, and aligned with the organization's digital transformation objectives. The UX/UI Team Lead manages a team of designers and researchers, collaborates with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders, and drives the adoption of design standards and best practices to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.</p>
