Our Client, a leader in the Catering and Hospitality Industry, seeks to appoint an experienced Barista / Cashier / Food Services Attendant to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the coffee machine and associated actions to produce hot beverages.
- Operate smoothie dispensers and associated actions to produce cold drinks.
- Operate oven and associated actions to produce baked goods or warmed sandwiches.
- Operate till and act as Cashier.
- Clean and maintain food quality standards.
- Maintain auditable paper trails for all audit requirements.
- Cleaning and maintenance of all machines in store.
- Serving customers.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving when customer problems arise.
- Restock cafe as per requirements.
