Vacancy: Creditors and Procurement Administrator – Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng
Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Indgro Multi Services Group, is seeking an experienced Creditors and Procurement Administrator to join their team in Vanderbijlpark. This entry-level position involves coordinating all creditors and procurement operations, maintaining creditors’ records, and ensuring timely payments according to the Service Provider Agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reconcile approved orders and payments daily.
- Process and record approved payments accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices from creditors.
- Capture requisitions for approval by the Creditors and Preferential Procurement Manager.
- Complete remittance advice for each supplier payment processed.
- File all Creditors and Procurement documentation systematically.
