Key Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis
- Support the requirements gathering and documentation of Technology Projects and change requests, working alongside the Business/System Analyst.
- Deliver, analyse, and clearly articulate business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.
- Produce and maintain high‑quality analysis artefacts including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Analyse existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
