Grimsby Town Football Club is seeking to appoint a Head of Medical to lead and oversee the delivery of all medical services for the Men’s First Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking practitioner to play a key role within the Club’s multidisciplinary performance team, helping to optimise player availability, wellbeing and performance through an evidence-based approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-play.
The successful candidate will lead the Club’s medical programme, providing strategic oversight across the wider player pathway while working closely with coaching, performance and medical staff to support the development and success of our players.
