To assist the onsite in all matters relating to the prompt and appropriate letting of properties at the respective site.
Responsibilities
- Quality screening of applications, pre-referencing
- Ensuring total compliance on Lettings processes
- Uploading property details and property portal adverts
- Releasing properties to market upon instruction from Lettings Manager
- Confirm viewings diary
- Daily reporting
- Qualification of viewers/applicants in line with business rules
- Conducting viewings
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in an administrative role managing a high volume workload is essential
- Previous Sales experience and delivering exceptional customer service is desirable
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of residential lettings is essential
- ARLA level 3 qualified is preferable
