QUALIFICATIONS
– BSc. Business Administration or Business Management with Project Management certification
– At least 10 years proven regional experience in After Sales Project Management in an infrastructure or building construction industry
– Experience in Agriculture industry beneficial
– Results-driven leader with financial and commercial awareness with ability for good planning to foresee construction issues and effectively motivate others to meet targeted deadlines
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proven ability to influence, negotiate and develop strong customer and co-worker relationships
– Ability to travel within the Southeastern Asia region
– Fluency in Bahasa and English
