Back-office Staff - Business Process Outsourcing (Managed Services)

We work with several clients in several projects and we are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office member to join our Viseu team.
The Back Office Staff will be responsible for a variety of activities and tasks to ensure operation of our projects:
Your Key Responsibilities:
Execute tasks and activities signeted according with rules, process, procedures and legislation; depending of the project the Back Office member will be assigned the activities main change and can be:Maintain, update, and manage databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality;Record data in the systems from information received in different formats;Prepare, organize, and file documents in both digital and physical formats;Received, interpret, solve and answer to client requisition, such as claims, doubts, demands, etc;Generate regular reports and summaries;Make Outbound ph...
