Qualifications
- Preferably Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Geodetic Engineering, and BS Real Estate Management
- An advantage if with relevant tertiary education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics and Statistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings
- Background in economics with intermediate knowledge in finance and accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
- Knowledge in utilizing CAD applications is an advantage
