Job Description
Our nationwide client is seeking a Valuation Director to join their London Commercial Valuation Team. This role encompasses all areas of commercial valuation, with a strong emphasis on central London & the South East for loan security, accounts, and general advisory purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting valuations of high-value properties, including Central London trophy assets.
- Preparing concise, informative, and accurate valuation reports, which you will sign off.
- Managing valuation instructions independently while collaborating with the wider Commercial team.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships with institutional investors, high street lenders, institutional funds, challenger banks, public sector bodies, local authorities, and developers.
- Establishing and growing a personal network of contacts within and outside the firm.
- Mentoring graduate colleagues in their APC preparations.
