We are currently seeking a Manager to join Withum’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group.
The Manager will work on a variety of assignments, including taking substantial responsibility of overseeing and performing equity valuations or complex security valuations (stock options, warrants, convertible debt, other complex securities/derivatives, etc.) for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction advisory, and other purposes.
