Job Overview
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Valuation and Modelling team, responsible for preparing a wide range of valuations for accounting, tax and commercial purposes, in both contentious and non‑contentious circumstances. The role involves business and share valuations, intangible assets (post‑acquisition), and incentive scheme awards such as share options and management share plans.

London, Birmingham, Cambridge or Newcastle
Key Responsibilities
- Lead valuation assignments and deliver analysis, execution and reporting autonomously.
- Proactively mentor junior team members.
- Actively participate in client discussions.
- Assist managers and senior managers with business development proposals.
- Prepare scope of work and associated documentation.
