Position Overview
As a full‑time education role, the Value and Character Specialist focuses on developing students’ moral growth, Islamic values, Quranic understanding, ethical awareness, and positive character formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver workshops, activities, assemblies, and classroom sessions that promote Islamic values, ethical decision‑making, empathy, leadership, responsibility, and respect.
- Support the development of a positive school culture rooted in faith, integrity, compassion, moral responsibility, and Islamic character‑building.
- Create age‑appropriate values and character education initiatives aligned with Islamic teachings and the school’s educational vision.
