Job Summary
Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Associate to work directly with the Partners, managing day-to-day priorities that keep their time focused on high‑value decisions while also leading internal initiatives and client engagements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable organizing a Partner's week and preparing a client‑facing summary the following day, able to context‑switch quickly, operate with minimal supervision, and exercise sound judgment on when to act independently and when to escalate.
Key Responsibilities
- Track open action items, follow‑ups, and commitments across meetings and communications to ensure nothing is missed or delayed.
- Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements.
