How you will contribute:

  • Accountable and responsible for Line Performance in SQCDSM parameters with strong HPWS & Il6S ways of working
  • Accountable to drive actions to reduce the Manufacturing conversion cost of line with strong business acumen
  • Drive the Line level PDCA by leading the loss eradication & people capability building
  • Accountable for Line IL6S progression and hence delivery of KPI as per master plan
  • Demonstrate strong people leadership & stake holder management skill
