Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager.
**What you’ll do:**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
The Value Stream Manager will be located in Juarez, Mexico and is the primary lead for multiple product lines, responsible for developing strategic direction and leading key manufacturing processes to ensure production objectives are met according to safety, quality and customer requirements. The Value Stream Manager supports the operation’s strategic plan by providing specific product designs into finished products that meet customer order requirements, product quality standards, and product delivery commitments. The Value Stream Manager also serves as the tactical liaison between the Plant Manager and production supervisors while leading others in achieving organizational goals and must know how to lead a team and will coach the value stream’s High Performance Work Teams to establish and maintain a positive, engaged team sentiment through applicat...
