ABOUT THE ROLE As a Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames. WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties. Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instruction Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market Manage and update relevant databases accordingly Participate in all local marketing functions and exercises as required Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time WHAT YOU WILL NEED Valua...
