As a Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and providing expert advisory services to clients. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success within the property valuation industry.
What you'll be doing Undertake valuation assignment of properties in Singapore which includes HDB, private residential, commercial, and industrial. Carry out site inspections, compile & analyze data, and prepare valuation reports. Ensure timely completion of all valuation assignments Assist with property tax advisory portfolios for corporate clients
