- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Knowledgeable of all company products to confidently offer to the clients.
- Protect and secure stock, cash and company assets by ensuring that sales activities are in accordance to CRR and existing sales policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintains regular and efficient servicing to all distributor(s) assigned to him.
- Prepares, reviews and analyzes his daily sales operations monitor.
- Remits all sales revenues and ensures zero route shortage.
- Submits immediately to his superior all current competitors’ activities within 24 hours in his assigned territories.
- Conducts daily BLOWBAGA/truck cleaning for his route truck and reports regularly route truck trouble.
- Drives defensively and reports immediately any vehicular accidents to immediate superior.
