KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Program Development:
Design and implement clear, practical sales programs to help general sales staff offer insurance products alongside loans, cards, and other services.Develop training materials, sales scripts, sales toolkits, and supporting resources.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Training) to roll out programs effectively.Support in designing sales incentives or recognition programs to motivate cross-selling. 2. Customer Engagement Programs
Develop and run initiatives to educate and engage customers about the benefits of insurance as an everyday protection need.Propose creative campaigns, educational content, or promotions that highlight the independent value of insurance products.Work with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent messaging. 3.
