**Vascular tech-Crescent CVI-Per Diem-Day-Mount Sinai Queens**
The Per Diem Ultrasound Technician performs or assists in ultrasound examinations, renders technical assistance to the Radiologist, and maintains and cares for all ultrasound equipment.
**Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or successful completion of a radiology technical training program.
+ **Experience** : 0-2 years of experience as Ultrasound Technician. SPI Certification and a graduate from an accredited Ultrasound Technician program and will complete the ARDMS within one year of hire.
+ **License/Certification:** Name: Certified Sonographer (see above); Issuing Agency: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
