Vault / Backoffice Coordinator (all genders) in Vollzeit

Das sind Ihre neuen Aufgaben:

  • Ein- und Ausgangskontrolle der Waren

  • Intercompany Shippings und Shippings in das HQ in New York

  • Zoll Abfertigung von Waren Ein- und Ausgängen

  • Tages- und Kassenabschluss

  • Ansprechpartner für Vault Operations für das New Yorker HQ

  • Inventuren und tägliche Stock Kontrolle

  • Monatliche Inventur

  • Stock Adjustments / Updates

  • Marketing Unterstützung (Übersetzung von PR Texten, Product News etc.)
