RQ Construction is seeking a VDC Mechanical Lead. In-person work in Jacksonville, FL is preferred , but remote work will be considered. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) production, coordination and management related to Mechanical and Plumbing to assure a quality product that meets the requirements of the contract. Specifically, this position will focus on the development, coordination, and production of 3D models through collaboration with design consultants, preconstruction team, construction operations and supply chain partners.
