Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator - Andover
Salary: From £45,000 per annum pending experience plus a performance-related bonus scheme (£70-75,000 uncapped annual OTE). Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Due to business expansion, our client, an independent automotive accident repair centre in Andover, is looking to recruit a Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator to join their business.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working alongside another Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator, your main purpose will be to carry out estimates as specified by the vehicle manufacturer, insurers, and customers, ensuring that the vehicle repair is carried out efficiently and that, in doing so, a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.
