The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role within the efficient running of the vehicle logistics team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:
Working within the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) department to track and monitor the progress of vehicles through the repair processLiaise with technicians, parts departments, and management to ensure timely completion of workIdentify delays or issues and escalate them promptlyUpdate internal systems and maintain accurate job status recordsCommunicate progress updates to relevant departments or customer service teamsAssist in prioritising workloads to meet deadlines a...
