Take on an exciting role as Venn’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, spearheading recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing B2B fintech in Canada. Focus on sourcing and hiring exceptional technical talent.
In this role, you will have complete ownership of the recruiting cycle, from drafting job descriptions to closing candidates in technical domains. Collaborate directly with the founders and hiring managers, while managing a steady flow of six roles at a time. Your impact will be significant as Venn aims to double its team size this year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and close outstanding technical candidates
• Own the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop strong inbound and outbound candidate pipelines
• Define role specifics with hiring managers and founders
• Assist with light office management and onboarding support
