Venture Capital Corporate Counsel

Plug and Play Tech Center is looking for a Corporate Counsel for its legal department in Valencia, Spain. This role requires a Law degree and 2-4 years of experience, preferably in venture capital.

The Corporate Counsel will manage the legal due diligence for investments, draft key legal documents, and maintain compliance with corporate governance.
