Avanté Conventions is looking for a smart, presentable and driven Venue Manager – Sales & Operations to manage client enquiries, venue sales, event coordination and day-to-day operational readiness.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, events and client servicing - and can take ownership from the first enquiry to successful event completion.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, social events, corporate events and celebrations
- Conduct venue walkthroughs and client meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals and booking follow-ups
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, planners and vendors
- Ensure venue readiness before every event
- Supervise event setup, execution and post-event closure
