HA Links LLC is looking for experienced Verifiers to join our ACA and Final Expense campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center/BPO experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to verify customer information accurately
- Knowledge of ACA or Final Expense campaigns is preferred
- Night shift availability
- Freshers are not eligible
Job Responsibilities
- Verify customer information and eligibility
- Ensure compliance and quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with agents and QA team when required
