Job Description
The Vertical Growth manager Marine Detection Systems & CCTV is accountable for driving sustainable global growth of Detection CCTV and video surveillance solutions across naval maritime defence coast guard and commercial marine sectors .
The role owns the global growth strategy identifying priority markets programmes and customers while working closely with regional sales teams product management engineering and key partners to expand adoption of mission‑critical solutions in complex regulated maritime environments.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a dedicated commercial ownerfor detection in EMEA
- Monetise the installed base through retrofit upgrade and obsolescence programmes
- Lead the market introduction of the new detection panel
- Engage directly with owners operators and selected yards
