Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist for one of our global shipping clients. This person is responsible for delivering level 1,2 and 3 support for on-premises and cloud core infrastructure services. The role will also act as IT presence for a small office and provide dedicated, high-touch local support to a designated group of executive users. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and strong customer service skills. The role also supports remote offices and vessels as relevant to the role and plays a key part in maintaining systems reliability, monitoring, configuration and security, in a multi-national 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level 1, 2 and 3 operational support for on-premises and cloud core infrastructure, including initial troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation to higher tiers
