Education: Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and treatment to a variety of animal species.
- Perform surgeries and medical procedures as needed.
- Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.
- Educate pet owners on animal care and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
Qualifications
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Registered with MRCVS (must be registrable)
- Passed the Veterinarian Licensure examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission
- 2-3 years of veterinary experience
- Surgical experience required
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Willingness to train and mentor team members
