About the Hospital
Dickinson Animal Hospital provides small animal general practice services, including surgeries, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent/ER care. We are AAHA accredited, ABVP certified, and Fear‑Free Certified.
Externship Details
Externs will work closely with our veterinarians to gain experience in the following areas:
- Physical exams and diagnostics
- Surgical procedures and dentistry services
- Treatment plans and medical management
- Client communication and teamwork
Externals internships typically last 2 to 8 weeks, offering exposure to small animal medicine in a hands‑on setting.
Stipend
