Veterinary Surgery Manager Summit Veterinary Referral Center · South Puget Sound, WA (Tacoma area)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As surgery manager, you'll lead a team of 20+ surgical technicians while partnering closely with our board-certified surgeons and hospital leadership. This position balances hands-on technical oversight with departmental operations - scheduling, staffing, budgets, SOPs, and performance development.
