**Location: Calgary, AB**
**Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre** is welcoming a full-time **Veterinary Reception, Client Care** to join our team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets
**Desired Attributes and Requirements:**
+ Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties
+ Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology and VCA Woofware
+ Exceptional client service skills
+ Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
+ Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
+ Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
+ Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
+ Must be flexible and available to work shift work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will start at 6 a.m. on any given day
