Working Pattern
- Part‑time permanent position
- Monday 8:00am‑2:00pm (Newbury)
- Thursday 2:30pm‑7:00pm (Tadley)
- Friday 2:30pm‑7:00pm (Tadley)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays at Newbury from 9:00am‑5:00pm
- 1 in 9 Saturdays at Tadley from 8:30am‑10:30am
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver a high standard of customer care
- Meet and greet clients and their pets
- Book appointments and manage clinician diaries
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
- Take payments for services and products
- Manage cash handling and end‑of‑day banking processes
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and pets
