**Job Summary:**
The **Vice President of Operations, Anesthesiology** , supports and promotes ProMedica’s vision and mission. This position works in a matrixed environment, collaborating for business development. Is responsible for the operation and growth of the Anesthesiology function, to support the Surgery business line across the System. Monitors key performance indicators to drive strategic plans. Responsible for fostering a positive provider/administration relationship while collaborating with Providers to maximize operational potential and achieve strategic goals.
