Duties: Strategic development and execution of advanced analytics for the Citi US Consumer Cards Retention program, encompassing both Account Retention and Pre-emptive Retention. Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns across Phones, Digital, and Email channels, translating insights into targeted omni-channel marketing recommendations. Project management to build consensus and to maximize revenue and optimize portfolio value within the credit card business. Design, implement, and evaluate experimental designs, including A/B tests, partial-factorial, and full-factorial experimental designs, for testing new offers, products, strategies, and Existing Customer Management (ECM) initiatives.
