Job Purpose
Lead and manage the Civil Design team, ensuring all projects are designed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability in line with Aldar development’s standard, value proposition and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee design and delivery of civil engineering solutions for a variety of infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the planning, design, and coordination of civil elements, including roadways, utilities, drainage systems, grading, and other infrastructure components.
- Develop and implement civil design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Review and approve civil design calculations, drawings, and models, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with client requirements.
