Responsibilities
The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading and overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects.
Project Manage New Business
- New client launches/conversions
- New Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches
- Onboarding of Ancillary services
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
Project Management & BAU
- Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
- Oversee the resolution of complex client issues
- Review departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these procedures
