Job Description
- Own and execute the global engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to business and digital priorities
- Rationalize legacy systems and reduce fragmentation across regions and domains; Establish clear domain ownership and platform boundaries
- Lead a globally distributed engineering organization across multiple regions, ensuring alignment, accountability, traceability, and delivery excellence
- Drive adoption and implementation of Agile at scale (SAFe 6.0), establishing consistent delivery practices and governance
- Build and scale AI-enabled engineering capabilities, including support for agentic systems, automation, and intelligent services embedded into platforms and operations
- Oversee end-to-end engineering across:
- Application development (web, mobile including iOS, Android, React Native, .Net, Angular)
- Platform engineering and architecture
- DevOps and CI/CD (Azure -DevOps, Bitbucket) ...
