Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support
- Execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs
- Ensure efficient and effective daily operations
- Oversee periodic Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review, and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations
- Review the calculation of fund-specific expenses, including admin fees, management fees, carried interest and other applicable fees
- Review accounting work, capital events, other client deliverables, investor statements and reporting prepared by staff
- Ensure documentation is compliant with internal and external/regulatory standards
- Review private equity funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
