BAE Systems is seeking a transformational executive to lead its Air & Space Force Solutions Business Area within the Intelligence & Security Sector. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth across a critical portfolio supporting Air and Space Force missions.
As a member of the I&S Leadership Team, the Vice President/General Manager will lead a complex and expanding business with full P&L accountability and direct influence over strategic direction, customer engagement, talent development, and long-term market positioning.
Reporting to the President of the Intelligence & Security Sector, this leader will play a central role in advancing BAE Systems position as a premier mission partner to the U.S. defense and intelligence community.
