Vice President (VP) - Global Employee Relations Governance and Compliance.
Full Time – typically 3 days in the office
London/ Derby/ Bristol
What you will be doing
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
Lead global ER governance and compliance, setting standards for investigations, policy and assurance
Chair the Investigation Advisory Group and oversee complex, high profile cases including ethics and Speak Up matters
Drive ER analytics and reporting to provide cultural insights and early warning indicators
Build capability across leaders and People teams, promoting dignity, respect and psychological safety
