This position is responsible for leading and supervising the Company’s Government, Regulatory and Public Affairs team; identifying, interpreting and responding to legislative and regulatory activity that may impact the company; designing and implementing advocacy strategies to advance the Company’s policy priorities; acting as the company’s chief federal lobbyist and overseeing lobbying and advocacy activities in key states; managing and overseeing the company’s engagement with trade associations, coalitions and third party advocacy organizations and developing and implementing the company’s political engagement strategy.
