Job Summary
Vice President, Marketing Department: Marketing & Digital Reports To: Co‑General Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Employment Type: Full‑time (Regular) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Range: $140,000 – $160,000 Responsibilities
Lead strategic vision and execution of marketing campaigns across the label’s entire roster, from new talent to legacy superstars. Oversee development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for all releases, including digital, social, retail, and media. Work with artists and managers to define visual identity, voice, and brand positioning. Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Managers and digital strategists, fostering a high‑performance culture.
