Responsibilities
- Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the company’s full suite of web and mobile applications.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of engineers across software development, DevOps, QA, Design, and Product. Direct reports include Engineering Managers and Team Leads.
- Performance: Drive continuous improvement through strong engineering practices, including code reviews, retrospectives, and clear performance management.
- Hiring: Own engineering hiring strategy, including attracting, onboarding, and developing high‑performing talent.
- Strategy: Reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Executive Team to define technical direction, set product roadmap, and align Engineering to business goals.
- Education: B.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. <...
